ECONOMY REMAPPING
DPF REMOVAL
We use several methods to disable system regeneration DPF. After a successful shutdown, the filter can be removed from the exhaust system without causing error codes or limp mode. This service is for racing cars (out of circulation).
EGR REMOVAL
To deactivate the EGR valve, we use different solutions for different models. By deactivating it, the EGR does not cause any more problems, the engine will be more efficient with better fuel economy. This service is for race cars (off-road).
ADBLUE/SCR REMOVAL
Disable system operation ADBLUE/SCR . After successful shutdown, the entire AdBlue system can be removed without data fault codes or SAFE MODE. This service is for racing cars (off-road).
LAMBDA/02 REMOVAL
If the catalyst has been removed, we can disable the second lambda, but the first lambda sensor will still control the power supply and maintain the correct lambda values and will not detect low output from the missing catalyst. This service is for racing cars (off-road).
MAF SENSOR DEACTIVATION
The MAF is a very important fuel adjustment sensor, but sometimes (on program cars) the MAF reading reaches a maximum value and touches the maximum allowable voltage read from the error log from the sensor.
HOT/WARM ENGINE START
Some cars have a bug in the ECU software causing a big problem starting the engine when it is hot. Replacing the starter motor will help, but we offer an alternative solution to fix it just by changing the software.
INTAKE/SWIRL FLAPS
Some cars have problems with the flaps and the repair costs are high, we can disable the flaps by disconnecting them and removing their functionality.
DTC REMOVAL
We can remove and disable any Diagnostic Trouble Control (DTC) fault code from the Engine Control Unit which is causing you problems (for example engine indicator light or safe mode). When the DTC code is disabled, the corresponding component can be removed.
START-STOP DISABLE
The START-STOP function can sometimes be very annoying, as every time the car is driven you have to turn it off to prevent the engine from stalling. We can deactivate this function.
RPM REV LIMITER
Each vehicle has its own engine speed limiter. We can reduce or increase this limiter as desired.
IMMOBILIZER
Programming the operation of the car's immobilizer as well as its deactivation (in race cars - off the road), data transfer between brains as well as initialization (conversion to a new ready-for-programming state).
